At SALON SPA 300, our mission is to deliver exceptional care, quality products, and results-driven services. Your satisfaction is important to us. Please review our return and refund policy below for both products and services.
Retail Products
We stand behind the quality of every product we offer. However, if you are not fully satisfied, we offer the following options:
Return Eligibility

Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

Must be returned within 14 days of the original purchase date.

A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Clearance or promotional items are final sale and not eligible for return.

Defective or Damaged Products
If a product arrives damaged or is defective, please notify us within 3 days of receiving it. We will offer an exchange or store credit upon review.
Services, Treatments & Packages
Due to the nature of our beauty and wellness services, we do not offer refunds on services rendered, including:
- Hair Services
(cuts, styling, color, highlights, balayage, keratin treatments, extensions) - Spa Services
(facials, body treatments, massages, skincare treatments, waxing) - Beauty Services
(makeup, brows, lashes, nail services) - Memberships, Packages & Promotions
All services are performed with care, professionalism, and attention to detail. If you have any concerns about your service, please reach out within 48 hours so we can happily make adjustments to ensure your satisfaction.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
We require a 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule appointments.

No-shows or same-day cancellations may result in a $50 fee or forfeiture of a prepaid session.

Prepaid services may be rescheduled, but are non-refundable.
Prepaid Packages, Gift Cards & Memberships

Packages and prepaid sessions are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person or exchanged for services of equal value upon approval.

Gift cards are final sale and may be used for any product or service, but cannot be redeemed for cash.
Refund Processing
If approved for a refund:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Store credit or exchanges may be offered based on the situation.
